What a Typical Programme May Look Like

Every young person’s programme is tailored to their individual needs, strengths and goals. Below is an example of what a typical day within our provision may include.

Arrival and Check-In

Students are welcomed into a calm and supportive environment where they can settle in, regulate emotionally and prepare for the day ahead.

Functional Skills Learning

Students take part in personalised English and Maths sessions designed to build confidence, improve engagement and support future pathways.

Therapeutic Mentoring

Young people engage in mentoring sessions focused on emotional wellbeing, self-esteem, emotional regulation, communication and positive relationships.

Break and Reflection

Structured breaks provide opportunities for social interaction, regulation and reflection within a safe environment.

Personal Development Activities

Sessions may include:

  • confidence building

  • goal setting

  • creative activities

  • wellbeing discussions

  • careers and future planning

  • and life skills development

Relationship-Based Support

Throughout the day, students are supported through consistent relationships, clear boundaries and a trauma-informed approach that prioritises emotional safety and connection.

End of Day Review

Students are supported to reflect on achievements, challenges and goals before transitioning home or back into school safely.

What a Typical Programme May Look Like

Our programme runs 3 days per week from 11:00am – 3:00pm and is designed to provide a structured, therapeutic and supportive learning environment for young people. We facilitate sessions online and in person, based in Deptford, Se8.

Independent Project

Students work towards a Independent Project designed to encourage creativity, critical thinking, research skills and personal development while building confidence and achievement.

Therapeutic Support

Our provision includes:

  • therapeutic mentoring

  • emotional wellbeing support

  • and access to 1:1 therapeutic sessions

We use a trauma-informed and relationship-based approach to help young people feel safe, understood and emotionally supported.
